A hilarious book and a lively score tell the story of a North Florida trailer park where, according to writer Michael Dale, “having your baby kidnapped isn’t half as tragic as getting a bad perm.”  A tart, but never mocking look at life in “the great American trailer park.”

Norbert and Jeannie have been married for 20 years, and there is little electricity left in their relationship, a situation exacerbated by Jeannie’s agoraphobia, in which she refuses to leave their trailer. Norbert is drawn by Pippi the Stripper, who comes to town. His moral conundrum is commented by a Greek chorus of trailer park neighbors
